Counselling is a safe way to explore your issues, and allows you as an individual to discuss matters of importance in a confidential and dependable environment. A counsellor can empathize and help you deal with negative thoughts and feelings you have. Talking therapy such as this is used for combating stress, depression, indecision, anxiety, addictions, and various disorders.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming which uses the dynamics between the mind and language and how their interplay affects our behaviour. These NLP techniques are incorportated into counseling for increasing confidence, self esteem, reducing stress, helping make decisions etc.

Sessions can be held on a one on one basis or over phone/ Skype. Counselling can be combined with Meditation, making healing faster.

It can be combined with Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Angel Healing, Tarot, Hypnotherapy or Sound healing too.

Counselling is offered on a weekly basis and for a minimum of 4 sessions. After that one can decide if they wish to continue or not. Sessions can be changed with prior information.
